Baking Powder (double acting) - Clabber Girl, g 0.4
Bacon, cooked crisp - Oscar Mayer, g 9
Egg (raw, mixed well), g 8
Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp), g 3
Butter (melted), g 5
Oil, Olive, g 4
KetoCuisine, g 28

Other ingredients: water, salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

Biscuits: KetoCuisine g 19, cream g 4, butter g 5, egg g 8, cheese g 3, baking powder g 0.4

Gravy: Ketocuisine g 9, cream g 11, olive oil g 4, bacon g 9

Preheat oven 375°F. Mix butter, egg and cream. Add KetoCuisine, baking powder and Cheddar Cheese, mix together.
Form two round biscuits on a silicon baking mat or parchment paper. Bake for 8 min. or until browned on bottom.

While the Biscuits are cooking, weigh out gravy mixture in a skillet. First add oil & cream, mix with a silicon spatula to combine. Add KetoCuisine and mix with spatula to get rid of any clumps. Add about a tsp. of water to skillet, mix all together with a pinch of salt & pepper. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes to cook out all the water. Add the bacon (broken into bits) to the gravy, and then pour over biscuits.
