Flour, Coconut-Bob's Red Mill Organic Hi Fiber, g 3
Syrup - Davinci G. Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup,g 10
Pumpkin, raw, g 13
Egg, raw (mixed well), g 15
Butter, g 12.5
KetoCuisine, g 27

Other ingredients: water, cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

Put butter aside for frying. Blend all remaining ingredients, adding pinch of spices. May add up to 1 Tbsp of water.

Melt butter in frying pan and pour batter. Flipping only once.
