Ingredients

Approximately 15 chips = 1.9 carb

Squash, Butternut - raw, g 17
Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods, g 6.5
Oil, Olive, g 2
KetoCuisine, g 2

Cooking Instructions

Slice butternut very thin, the thinner the better. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with a dash of salt if desired. Place single layer on parchment paper. Bake 20 min. on 250°F. Chips will brown & curl. Turn off oven & let rest several minutes in oven.

Dip: Mix mayo, KetoCuisine and any leftover oil together. Add a pinch of smoked paprika for flavor.
