Ingredients

Ketchup - Reduced Sugar - Heinz, g 1
Squash, Butternut - raw, g 20
KetoCuisine, g 2
Mayonnaise, Hellman's/Best Foods, g 6.5
Oil, Olive, g 3.5

Cooking Instructions

Cut squash into uniform fries. Coat with oil & KetoCuisine. Place on parchment paper, sprinkle with salt and/or herbs if desired. Bake 375°F for approximately 20 min. Turning them often to achieve crispy fries.

Combine mayo & ketchup (and any remaining oil) for dipping.
