Blueberries, fresh, g 9
Strawberries, fresh, g 9
Egg (raw, mixed well), g 21
Oil, Canola, g 1
KetoCuisine, g 25

Other ingredients: sweetener of choice & water (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Cut berries into small pieces and add sweetener if desired, set aside.

Set aside 10 grams of cream for whipped cream. Mix remainder of cream, egg, oil, Ketocuisine in a bowl. May add water if batter is too thick to pour.

Heat a medium sized frying pan, sprayed with non-stick spray over medium/high heat. Pour half the batter into the pan and cover the bottom of the pan evenly. Cook until dry on top and lightly brown on the bottom. Flip once.

When lightly brown, flip the crepe onto a plate, add fruit and whipped cream and roll.

Makes approximately 2 x 9" crepes
